Products can be returned within 7 working days of purchase, all items must be unopened and in the original packaging. If products are returned used or not in the original packaging, a refund will NOT be issued.

If you receive an item that is faulty or not what you originally ordered, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will be happy to assist you further.

Once your order has been packed & sent with our Courier Royal Mail, it is no longer in our control if it has been lost, broken or mistreated. You must contact Royal Mail and raise a complaint with them.

Salon

We have a strict and fixed 72 hours cancellation policy.

If you have cancelled your appointment under the 72hour period, do not show to your appointment or try to reschedule, then you will be charged the full cost of your appointment.

For appointments, we require your card details on file, under the GDPR Act. No payment will be taken when given.

We also require a 50% deposit for new bookings, this is non-refundable if cancelled under 72 hours and you are liable to pay the other 50% of booking.

Please let me know if you're running late to your appointment scheduled. If you're late by more than 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and full charge applies.

Whichever service you’re booked in for, will be charged exactly on the day, if you decide to change service on the day of your appointment, you will be charged for the service you are booked for due to time & lost Availability available for other clients.

All services are non-refundable. However client satisfaction is my number one priority and I will do my best to resolve issues. I will happily offer a ONE HOUR appointment free of charge to resolve the issue. If you’re unhappy with a service please contact me within 48hours to discuss any issues.

My treatments are suitable for those aged 16+. Clients aged below 16 will be required to have a legal parent/ guardian at the appointment with them and sign a consent form.

Academy

To book onto any of our courses we offer, please contact us with dates of your preference, once a date has been decided, you will receive a detailed email confirmation of the Course with everything you’ll need to know. You will be required to pay a £100 deposit to secure your date. If you fail to pay the £100 deposit for the course, your slot will be given to another student. The £100 deposit is non-refundable, this is used for your training kit & manuals to ensure you have the best training day.

We ask for a minimum of 72 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your training date. If you cancel under the 72hour mark, you will be at risk of being charged for the course.
